"This group exhibition aims to highlight, strengthen, and disseminate contemporary graphic art produced on the border, using printmaking as its primary medium of expression. The exhibition brings together established and budding artists who, through various graphic techniques, explore the multiple symbolic, social, and cultural layers that intersect in border life.Far from understanding the border as a simple dividing line between countries, this exhibition conceives it as a living, dynamic, and complex territory where identities, visual languages, and shared experiences converge. Graphic art, with its capacity for reproduction, circulation, and resistance, becomes an ideal vehicle for reflecting on the intersections, tensions, and encounters that characterize the communities that inhabit this region.The border is transformed, fractured, and reconstructed as a unique and collective space, becoming a transitory and—at the same time—permanent territory for all who cross it. In this sense, artists from other regions of the country, such as Oaxaca, Guerrero, Mexico City, Puebla, Durango, and Coahuila, are also included in the exhibition. Their works—though not born from direct border experiences—conversely engage with the same concerns of displacement, identity, and belonging from other geographies.

Back in 2016 the building of the CENTRO CULTURAL DE LA FRONTERA was abandoned, so Alejandro Morales parked his mobile gallery -- PROYECTO IMPALA -- in front and had exhibitions there:
