The idea was to show off live printmaking, with as small of a set-up as possible.
We printed:
- Round linocuts (4 inch diameter)
- ...on an Adjustable Tortilla Press
- ...using Speedball Professional Super Graphic Black Relief Ink
- ...on a 4x6 inch note pad paper from Dollar Tree
- Note the 4x4 inch frames from Walmart
All the printing supplies (except for the table) fit in one plastic box, which was easy to carry around:
An unexpected AR Alien Javelina visitor came from down south and invaded our space:

The IMAGES
The images for all the round linocuts were generated with AI using Midjourney. Naturally the most requested print image was of the roadrunner:

Karl later combined the AI images together to make a print with the theme "Eclipse." The edition was sent to Durango, Mexico, to participate in a Print Exchange there sponsored by "Laboratorio Siete Vidas."
