We printed with a Tortilla Press at FAT CROW PRESS in Las Vegas, during the Gallery Crawl on September 1st, 2023:
Julie Sola, owner of Fat Crow Press,
carved a roadrunner that day
to print on the Tortilla Press
We borrowed the idea of printing round linocuts on a Tortilla Press from 3 Gatos Press of Guadalajara:

Julie Sola proofed on thin transfer paper with a spoon. Apparently the transfer paper takes the ink really well:

ANNA ARAGON
We first met Anna Aragon back in 2016, demoing solar plates at Highlands University for the Print, Printed, Printing IV Conference in Las Vegas, New Mexico:

GELLI PRINTS
Anna had made Gelli prints at the PRINTERS PLANET in the Santa Fe Railyard, on August 13th -- taking orders from visitors for what colors they wanted, as quick as they make a "Subway" sandwich :
Anna also made Gelli prints for the Gallery Crawl, set up on a dog grooming table (which is higher, smaller and firmer than a regular folding table):

Anna also showed us how to make prints on our Tortilla Press:
