BUCKET EXHIBITIONS at Remarque Print Workshop in Albuquerque

We showed 26 BUCKET PRINTS and had a great opening at Remarque Print Workshop in Albuquerque on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 5- 8 PM.  Our framed 8x8 inch collection piggybacked on their main show -- the 10th Annual International Juried Printmaking Exhibition:

The theme was MEXICAN (top row) and REMARQUE (Albuquerque artists -- bottom row) prints:

The TOP row was all Mexican prints --
the BOTTOM row was prints from Remarque artists,
fleshed out with a few more Albuquerque artists,
plus one from Eli Levin and another by DALL-E 2

The main feature at Remarque was the 10th Annual International Juried Printmaking Exhibition, which runs from December 2nd, 2022 through January 28th, 2023.  We are more than honored to exhibit with such great company!  Our 26 BUCKET PRINTS will also be up during those same two months:

26)  DALL-E 2  (Artificial Intelligence -- generated by Holly Grimm, Santa Fe)

NOTE:  The last print was fake, generated by DALL-E 2, an online text-to-image AI (artificial intelligence) program.  Holly Grimm had early access and generated a black-and-white image of a printmaker.  Karl engraved it into linoleum using the laser cutter at Quelab, and printed it out on his Tortilla Press.

It's always nice to see good prints hanging at Remarque.  Andrew Polk used to teach printmaking the University of Arizona, where we met him many years back:
